From the very beginning, I have loved sharing the knowledge and ideas of so many people who have been inspired by permaculture. This blog has helped me express what permaculture means to me, when knowledge is shared, ideas are born and connections are made with both people and with nature. I have always hoped that this Permaculture Power blog has helped you in your efforts to support this planet to heal. Remember that everything you do, everything, can make a difference.
Over the years, I have met so many wonderful people connected to permaculture. My studies with Geoff Lawton and Bill Mollison as well as my library of books and videos have all kept me inspired to continue learning more about permaculture. However, there is one person that I need to truly thank, my wife Regina. It was her that told me about permaculture and for that I am forever grateful.
For all of those who have provided feedback and support over the years, I also thank you. You comments and feedback are always welcome.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
David Power
Remember what my teacher Geoff Lawton had once told me…”If it is not fun, then you have the design wrong”

We are a newly formed group trying to install a community garden using permaculture principles on lands around a Skytrain Station in New Westminster, BC, Canada. Your site is so exciting and full of information, we have linked to it on our website. Thanks for all the work you have done. We will check back often!
